Like many organisations the Girls Brigade England and Wales (GBEW) had relied upon old Access databases that had grown organically over the years. While in some circumstances these can be sufficient, in others, like for the GBEW, the result was messy and ultimately led to a loss of confidence in the data.
A new, clean user interface and robust underlying database gives GBEW their confidence back to use the data to its full potential.
The database structure was rethought, taking into account its evolution over the previous years, to give a database that supports the organisation's needs now, and into the future.
