We believe in empowering teams to create.
We understand that we are not an agency that builds products, but an agency that builds people who build products. This means that we are deeply collaborative, with flat, multi-disciplinary teams working closely with each other and our clients. It’s an exciting and inspiring place to work, where every day can be completely different, and everyone’s opinion counts.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status.
We work with a wide-range of clients. Our collaborative agile approach means that we don’t just take a specification and go away to work on it. Instead, clients are involved in the day-to-day work of projects, allowing us to adapt as their needs become more apparent. We also like to help them explore their ideas using Lean approaches - proposition testing basic products and refining them based on real user feedback.
We aim to be innovative in the work we do, engaging with the design, development, project management and business communities in exploring (and contributing to) new ideas, new ways of working and new technologies.
Our developers practise Test- and Behaviour-Driven Development, raising the quality of what we produce and helping us ensure that every 2-week “sprint” delivers genuinely releasable software.
Everyone has their own training and conferences budget and there is a policy that gives you time in lieu for attendance at hack days. We actively encourage each other to get involved in the digital community in Oxfordshire and further afield, whether it be a show and tell session in the office, or speaking at a conference in Barcelona.
We’re a sociable bunch: often enjoying together the multitude of cafés, gigs, museums and pubs that Oxford has to offer.
We’re always interested in connecting with digital professionals. Don’t see a position that’s right for you? Get in touch and we’ll let you know if anything comes up in the future.
