We are looking for a Drupal developer to join the web team at White October. We’re looking for people who know their stuff, love showing and explaining their work and enjoy collaborating with everyone at all levels to make products that people will enjoy using.
You'll join a team of bright, energetic developers, keen to explore and build using best-in-class web and mobile technology. We work at a variety of paces from rapid prototyping to production builds. Our clients collaborate with us on interesting products that matter; from Healthcare to Education to Fintech and Travel.
We use source control on all projects, with pull requests so that your work will be constantly reviewed by your peers (and you’ll review theirs).
You’ll be working on a variety of products at White October, with multidisciplinary teams working in close contact with our clients to deliver and support amazing, beautifully working software.
You will be a versatile developer with a demonstrable talent for Drupal development and at least one year of solid experience in Drupal, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment. We'll expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate with team members and clients on solutions and keep project managers up to date on progress and setbacks.
You'll be conscientious, seeking out responsibility and taking a share of ownership in the quality of the wider project, not just your tasks. You’ll be insatiably curious about the ever-changing trends in digital and where they can add value, from serverless to where AI can power products.
You’ll be comfortable considering the architecture of a Drupal project, with a good understanding of commonly used modules and when they should (and shouldn’t) be used.
