We are looking for a junior account manager to join the client services team at White October. We help our clients, from small, innovative startups to global brands build commercially successful, user-centred digital products and services that matter; from Healthcare to Education to Fintech and Travel.
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around digital, is organised and client facing. Attitude and personality are also very important - it’s a fast-paced environment so you need to be excited by change and wanting to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
You'll join a small team who work with their clients through the whole lifecycle of their digital product; from first contact right through to ongoing optimisation, support & maintenance of their products.
You will get experience of: business development and ongoing client support, networking and prospecting, project management (through working closely with our talented PMs), product strategy, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, support & maintenance.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects at White October within multidisciplinary teams, working in close contact with our clients to deliver and support amazing, beautifully working software.
We are looking for someone who wants to start a career in account management / digital product development.
We'll expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate with team members and clients on solutions, and work with the project managers to keep projects running smoothly and clients happy with our work.
You'll be conscientious, seeking out responsibility and taking a share of ownership in the quality of the wider project, not just your tasks. You’ll be insatiably curious about the ever changing trends in digital and where they can add value for our clients.
You don’t have to have had digital agency / account experience, but we’ll be looking for people who have some experience in one or more of the following areas: business development, working on multiple projects at once, business analysis / process design, working directly with clients / stakeholders, digital products / software development, project management.
