We’re hiring a new Project Manager into our Delivery Team.
It’s an opportunity for someone already be working as a Digital Project Manager/Technical PM/Producer/Product Owner in a fast-moving environment to take on a new blended role delivering digital projects for a variety of clients.

We work with a range of clients, from small startups to big brands on projects that span from early prototypes through to large software builds.

We are passionate about Agile delivery, and seek to continuously improve our processes to deliver maximum value to our clients. We use Kanban and Scrum methodology, depending on the nature of the project in question.
You will work with 2-3 clients at a time on a variety of projects, from initial concept stage through to first launch, working closely in multi-disciplinary teams that include the client as a member of the team.
Our PMs are at the centre of everything throughout the client lifecycle, from working on pitches and proposals, to driving through projects, to supporting the clients post-launch and developing the next opportunity with them.
The role is blended between product management and classic project management. We look to our PMs to provide strategic advice and support to our clients on their products, from helping them develop the backlog, continually prioritise it and split it into a sensible release roadmap.
This is a full-time role in our Oxford office.
You will be confident doing project management, with a passion for Agile and ideally experience of working in an agency environment.
You will have delivered digital products, through running the projects and advising or taking the lead on the product management side.
