The challenge

Oxford Analytica’s Daily Brief delivers political reports and analysis to global leaders and analysts. It’s a timely and valued tool - but its website was out out of date and content was hard to find.

Our brief? Use the wealth of expertise within Oxford Analytica to shape a website that made it easier for users to find what they needed.

Our approach

During an intensive customer discovery phase, we used stakeholder interviews, user story mapping and collaborative sketching workshops to understand exactly why people would visit Oxford Analytica’s website and what it could offer.

The resulting site is easier to use and customise. The new design makes content simpler to find and read quickly. Unnecessary information has been removed. And by redesigning Oxford Analytica’s daily news digest emails, we increased engagement with those emails by 81%.


Gold at the London Design Awards 2016

Oxford Analytica was awarded gold in the Digital News and information category for their Daily Brief members site. We’re delighted to work on this inspiring project and that it has been recognised by the wider digital community.

The new service will provide clients with the levels of customisation and ease of use that they require.
